Mark Volpe, MPH, MMSc, PA-C

Mark is a certified Physician Assistant practicing in outpatient internal medicine and urgent care in Connecticut. He graduated from the Yale University PA Program in 2015, where he played a role in several aspects of the admissions process throughout three admissions cycles. He completed his MPH from Southern Connecticut State University and his BS from the University of Connecticut. He has interest in PA program admissions, education, and PA research. During his time at Yale he was published in several peer-reviewed journals, completed a medical education elective, and was awarded both the Paul Ambrose Fellowship through the Association for Prevention Teaching and Research and the Future Educator Fellowship through the Physician Assistant Education Association. Mark serves on the admissions committee of and is a guest lecturer at the University of Saint Joseph PA Program in West Hartford, CT. Mark also precepts students from the Yale University PA Program. 

 
 

Brittany Hogan, MMSc, PA-C

Brittany is a certified Physician Assistant practicing in neurosurgery in Rhode Island. Brittany graduated from the Yale University PA Program in 2016. She earned her BS from Fordham University in 2010, where she played for the division 1 women’s soccer team and participated in a number of extracurricular and volunteer activities. She worked in New York City as an EEG technician and later in Boston as a health and wellness coach prior to attending PA school. Brittany has numerous publications and has won awards for her scholarly achievements. She was the 2015 recipient of a financial scholarship awarded by the Connecticut Academy of Physician Assistants. Her other clinical interests include Cosmetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and Women’s Health. She enjoys mentoring pre-PA students, and precepts students from the Johnson & Wales and Bryant University PA Programs.
